UPDATE: Added wmploc.DLL for mediaplayer
Modded browseui.dll and ieframe.dll for Vista SP1. I used s resources from [link] and modded it to work on Vista SP1 Note: Made for 32 bit Vista SP1 and NOT 64 bit browseui.dll version 6.0.6001.18000 ieframe.dll version 7.0.6001.18000 wmploc.DLL version 11.0.6001.7000 You know the drill to apply them by now, right? All credits go to *Miretank who has made the original browseui.dll ([link]). I really didn´t know who made this when I started to retract the recources. Now he has contacted me and agreed to let it remain for download as long as I credit him and provide a link to the original deviation. |

The files that are modded has nothing to do with explorer. The only thing that is modded is the imagefiles inside browseui.dll

Just start in failsafe mode... take ownership of the original browseui.dll and RENAME it to [link]. Then you copy and paste my modded version of the browseui.dll and paste it in "windows/system32" folder.
As I explained... I have done nothing with the file other than replaced some bitmaps... the problem that you have is with the handling with the replacement of the file....
WARNING... the file only works with 32 bit Vista NOT 64 bit Vista...
